The annual Willisau Jazz Festival, founded by renowned Swiss graphic designer Niklaus Troxler, has been running since 1975. Troxler gained international recognition for his many posters for the festival events, and he has now passed the poster baton to his daughters, Annik and Paula Troxler, both prominent graphic designers.
Annik and Paula Troxler’s festival posters, including this poster from the 2013 event, are stylistically distinctive from their father’s designs but equally exuberant and engaging.
