This poster by Zurich design firm Raffinerie AG accompanied the Zurch Design Museum’s exhibition “Bally, Swiss Shoes Since 1851”. Raffinerie AG’s series of three exhibition posters, each showing a single shoe model in a single color, offers an updated version of the many beautiful advertising posters created for Bally throughout the 20th century by some of the most famous Swiss graphic designers. Many of these earlier advertisements also featured a single illustrated shoe and the same bold serif typeface.
The Bally poster series was honored in the annual poster competition 100 Best Posters (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
