Moscow-based graphic designer Vladimir Chaika (1955- ) has been a leading figure in the Russian design world since the 1980s. His posters have won international awards and he has been a member of the Allaince Graphique Internationale (AGI) since 1999.
Chaika designed this poster for a poster auction sponsored by the Mayakovsky Museum in Moscow. His design features a haunting image of Soviet revolutionary poet Vladimir Mayakovsky.
